Monthly Draw for $25 Gift Card

As a thank you for our clients who are confident in our ability to assist their family, friends and co-workers in their journey to recovery, we will enter their name into a monthly draw for a selection of $25 gift cards.

If you refer a new client to the clinic, your name will be entered into the draw. If you refer multiple people, your name will be entered multiple times. This draw will be held the first working day of each month.
